Is it just me or has 2023 been a rollercoaster already?!
There are some days where I have felt like I’m on the top of the world and like I actually have my stuff together. On other days, however, I just feel like I want to curl up in my pjs on the couch and watch mindless TV while eating junk food.
So in an effort to find some balance this year and start the day on the right foot, I’ve discovered a new morning routine secret weapon – dancing!
You heard that right.
I woke up on New Year’s Day with a particular song stuck in my head and just had to put it on. Next thing I knew, I was moving and grooving on my balcony by myself as the sun was rising and I felt unstoppable!
There was even a day where I woke up a bit cranky and wasn’t “feeling” it so I thought to just not play it. But then I said to myself, this is exactly what it’s for! Now let’s see if it can boost my mood…
So, I put it on. And you know what?
It worked like a charm! It snapped me right out of my funk and back into feel-good vibes again!
